Usually it starts well enough with a conversation, maybe a friend showing concern.
Favourites are “It could be a lot worse”, “Give us a smile”, “C’mon cheer up” or “Go for a walk”.
Then it moves onto more aggressive tactics like “Take the bull by the horns”, “Strike while the iron’s hot”.
But nothing helps. You still feel lost. Even tea won’t fix it.
But there are those lucky few who have the will and the way to escape the Paranoids. Like Jedi there is a group [not a focus group] who can help! We present to you a 12 [ well 11, really ] step plan of action on how to Alleviate Self Doubt and who better to ask than our trusted doyens - when all else fails we turn to a crack team.
