For The Love Of God
For The Love Of is a new exhibition of art and design created and organised by graphic designers Ivor Noyek and Shane O’Driscoll. ‘FTLO’ will run twice annually with a new theme each time.
In this instance “For The Love Of God” asked creatives from all over Ireland to interpret “God” in whatever way they saw fit. The responses to this controversial and ambiguous topic have been as varied and contrasting as would be expected. The pieces range from the literal to the abstract and often the idiosyncratic. It makes for an ecclectic and intriguing body of work that is not to be missed.
“For The Love Of God” will be officially opened by David Joyce (President of ICAD Ireland). There will be live music from Ruairí Lynch plus complimentary drinks on the night.
