ISA CON 2010
For the first time, Ballyfermot College Animators and Lecturers are teaming together to showcase the work of ex pupils and leading lights from the Animation and Games industry, by way of a special set of talks, Portfolio sessions and panel discussions over a period two days on Thursday January 7th and Friday 8th 2010.
This is a unique event for both Students and Professionals in this acclaimed industry.
Speaking over the two days will be:
Jason Ryan
Supervising Animator, Dreamworks Animation Studios
Jason has worked on Shrek, Aliens vs Monsters and Chicken Little at one of the most famous animation houses in the world.

Louise Ridgeway
Head of Animation, Rare Ltd
Louise has been instrumental on brand new games like Perfect Dark and the new dashboard for Avatar On the XBOX 360.
Stephen McFarlane
Art Director, Rare Ltd
Stephen has worked on Jet Force Gemini, Banjo Kazooie, Nuts and Bolts and with Bob Godfrey on Henrys Cat.
Chris Dicker
Creative Director, TT Animation and Co Creator, What’s your News?
Chris has been an intern for Disney in France, a lead animator for TT games such as Crash Bandicoot, Haven, Justice, Lego Star Wars Mania and Narnia.
Nick Ryan

Writer / Director
Nick runs Image Now Films and has worked for MTV and worked extensively with Ruari Robinson on “The Silent City”, the award winning “Fifty Percent Grey” and “ A Lonely Sky” - they are now working on a new project called “Bad Robot”

Damian Farrell
Creative Director, Caboom
As CEO of Caboom, Damian has worked tirelessly in the industry helping promote Irish Animation internationally and has also worked for RTE, Disney, FOX and TBS.
All events will be held in the Anna Brett Hall in the Media Building, Ballyfermot College of Further Education.
